Malcolm is a full time award winning Professional Photographer, College Lecturer (in Photography and Photoshop) and a Trainer who is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. His company Portraiture was formed in 2006 and he is a fully accredited Member of the Master Photographers Association (MPA). With the aid of local guides showing you the way, he can concentrate taking your photography and editing skills to the next level with a proven structured program. Arrival in Reykjavik

Tour Starts along South Shore
We will start our tour, driving along the South Shore which has some of the most beautiful natural attractions in Iceland and spend the first night in the Vatnajökull area. The mesmerising Vatnajökull glacier is the largest ice cap in Iceland and the third largest glacier in Europe We will be stopping for lunch and at interesting sights on the way.Accommodation: 4* Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon or similar.Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.Photography tuition – Daily class and evening editing session.
We will explore the Vatnajökull Glacier in the Vatnajökull National park. It is the largest ice cap in Iceland and the third largest glacier in Europe. Underneath the glacier rests some of the most active volcanoes. Apart from the glacier, the National Park includes some highly regarded natural marvels; huge glacier rivers, stunning canyons, beautiful glacier lagoons and very impressive waterfalls.Accommodation: 4* Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon or similar.Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.Photography tuition – Daily class and evening editing session.
We move to another amazing place on the South Shore, Vík í Mýrdal which is the southernmost sea front village in Iceland. The very alluring Vík can certainly hold its own in the breath-taking stakes and is full of natural wonders it and one area that cannot be missed. Visit the beautiful Vík í Mýrdal Church, photograph amazing panoramas of the village and beyond, explore the Dyrhólaey peninsula, with stunning, with views of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier, and investigate the basalt columns, unique lava formations, towering cliffs, and caves of the cool and famous Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach.Accommodation: Icelandairhotel Vík or similar.Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.Photography tuition – Daily class and evening editing session.
South Shore and Flúðir
We carry on our tour of the spectacular South Shore and then head to Fludir, famous for the ever-popular geothermal destinations Gullfoss and Geysir. The village and its surrounding area are known for being exceptionally green, plentiful and warm because of geothermal activity. The rivers are awash with trout and salmon, and the village's surrounding farmlands are acclaimed for their cultivation of plants, beef and dairy.Accommodation: Icelandairhotel Flúðir or similar.Meals – Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.Photography tuition – Daily class and evening editing session.
We continue to the famous “Golden Circle” which consists of three equally stunning locations.
