Cancellation Sometimes things happen and you can't go on a tour anymore. While that sucks, you are probably wondering what happens next. Please find our FAQ below. I want to cancel, what can I get back? Our cancellation policy, on a high level is as follows: More than 90 days out from departure date, you get 85% of your money back If less than 90 days and more than 45 days out from departure date, you get 50% of your money back If less than 45 days out from departure date, you do not get a refund How do I request a refund? The easiest way to request a refund is to contact us via the contact us page. We will reply within two working days. How long does it take to get a refund? Please note it may take as much as 15 working days to process and get your money back. How are refunds paid? All refunds will be paid via bank deposit. We will request your information when you submit a cancellation request.
